BioSteel Team Sponsorship Program Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms

By submitting the form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Program Overview

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between BioSteel Canada ("we" or "merchant") and team representatives ("you" or "representative") who refer customers to our products or services through the BioSteel Sponsorship Program.

Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years or older to apply for your own account.
2. Minors must have their accounts managed by a parent/guardian, who must email sponsorships@biosteel.com confirming their management of the account.
3. A PayPal account is required to receive payments.

Registration Approval

• BioSteel reserves the right to approve or reject any sponsorship program registration at its sole discretion.
• Applications not meeting the sponsorship criteria will be denied.

Representative Links and Discount Codes

1. Upon approval, representatives can create their own 20% discount code and unique tracking link.
2. Sales made through the discount code or link will earn 20% commission.

Receipt Upload and Cashback

1. Representatives can upload receipts for BioSteel products (excluding taxes) to earn 10% cashback on purchases at participating retailers.
2. Each receipt can be used only once for cashback.
3. BioSteel reserves the right to reject cashback claims if fraud or program abuse is suspected.

Commissions and Payments

1. Commissions: Earn 20% on sales made through your discount code or link.
2. Cashback: Earn 10% on verified receipts of in-store purchases.
3. Payments will be made via PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal account information is up-to-date.

Marketing Tools

Promotional assets like banners, logos, and product images will be provided through the Marketing Tools tab in your representative account.

Tracking and Cookies

1. A cookie will track users who click your link and remain active for 30 days, ensuring commissions for purchases made during this time.

Monthly Winner

1. Each month, the top-performing team will receive double their commissions earned as a bonus.
2. Prizes are subject to change without notice.

Ethical Promotion

1. Representatives must engage in ethical promotion practices. Non-ethical practices, such as manipulative SEO or spamming, will result in disqualification.
2. Disqualified representatives may reapply to the program.

Content Sharing

By submitting photos or videos to BioSteel or tagging us on social media:

1. You grant us the right to republish your content.
2. Photos of your team are required upon receipt of the sponsorship kit.

Tax Responsibility

All representatives are responsible for handling their own tax obligations. BioSteel is not liable for tax-related issues.

Team Sponsorship BioSteel Starter Kit

1. Members who signed up between January 1st, 2024, and December 8th, 2024, have been automatically moved into the new program as of December 9th, 2024.
2. To claim your Team Sponsorship Kit under the new terms and conditions, you must:
   • Make at least one sale through your unique link or discount code starting December 9th, 2024.
3. The kit includes:
   • 20 BioSteel Water Bottles
   • 3 BioSteel Sport Towels
   • 100 Hydration Mix Sticks (assorted flavors)

Program Abuse and Fraud

1. BioSteel reserves the right to permanently ban accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
2. Discount codes found on public coupon sites will be disabled. Representatives will have 30 days to create a new code, or their accounts will be paused.

Removal from Sponsorship Program

To be removed from the program, contact sponsorships@biosteel.com.

Changes to the Program

BioSteel reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the program at any time. Notifications will be provided for significant changes when possible.

BioSteel US Sponsorship Program Privacy Policy

You can:

• Opt-out: Opt-out of receiving promotional communications.
• Access and Correction: Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Program Participation: Choose to withdraw from the program by contacting us at sponsorships@biosteel.com.
